About this event
Welcome to Educational Minecraft
Each Wednesday of this month we will introduce a lesson where children will have to solve problems, achieve goals, and create outcomes using Minecraft
Notes:
This program is for children 6+ and is dedicated to teaching skills and information using Minecraft.
This is a more structured experience than simply playing Minecraft.
Children must be able to read and follow basic instructions on the computer.
Registration is required for these programs. Please register below.
November 4 - The Fire Escape - Use this smart home to plan and indicate the fastest fire escape route from each location in the home using Glowstone. Then do it at home for real!
November 11 - Island Hopper - 5 islands containing a build and treasure hunt that explore who and how people can help us with different problems we may face. Family, teachers, police, fire officers and ourselves.
November 18 - Building Your Self Confidence! - Students have less self-confidence than ever before, and it seems that the pandemic played a big role. Students will learn how to improve their confidence by completing a variety of activities.
