About this event
Rooted in heritage, health, and flavor. Come join the Chef in Residence celebrating the Native American Heritage Month in this class.
We'll cook with ingredients that have nourished Indigenous communities across North America for generations. We'll cook with cranberries, sumac, and squash, and learn how to bring out their tart, earthy, and sweet sides with simple techniques and spices.
Along the way, we'll talk about the foodways and farming traditions of the original guardians of this land, the ingredients, and how to honor them.
Allergens: Nuts, Milk, Wheat, Soy.
