About this event
Chef Brian will be treating us to a Colonial Thanksgiving menu incorporating foods that your great-great-grandfather would have eaten. With oyster dressing (a Colonial Long Island favorite) and market vegetables prepared in the colonial style. Registration begins at 9:30am October 28 online or by phone only. Payment by cash, check, or credit card within 3 days, or your reservation will be cancelled. Fees are non-refundable. Adult Sachem cardholders only.
