Attorney Kathleen Rose will discuss the importance of future planning and review how to make basic documents like wills, trusts, power of attorneys, and health care proxies. Other topics such as asset protection, tips on how to avoid probate, deed transfers, and Medicaid tips will also be addressed. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions to the workshop.
